Healthy Drink for the Times
RECIPE:
Make it yourselves- 2 grapefruits and 3 or 4 lemons. Peel off all the rines and put in a pot, cover with water and boil then simmer for 3hrs with lid. After 3hrs let it cool for 2-3 hrs with lid still on then bottle it up. Keep one in fridge and freeze the rest. Take a tablespoon or 2 I think it’s 2x a week.
